Is that true microsoft building a windows 10 rom for android devices? everywhere and everyone is talking about this but i didn't find something officially by microsoft! please i need a correct answer for this question because i have a xperia z3 and i love it but i hate android os and i want to buy a windows phone because i love windows 10.
